White Knight armor? only for admins or mods? or everyone?

is the white knight armor for like admins and mods only?

im not sure some random guy comes up sayign hey want sum free stuff?

i say sure and ask why he says cus he quitting.

then he gave some of the white armor set and then he logged off.

so im just asking cus im not sure what to do since no one has on except i seen a mod or admin on with before
and if want more info i have screenshot and if want ill edit and put it in the post.

didn't know we had it. lol. i'm sure players could buy it off mods and admins.
